Vardan Asatryan

Vardan Asatryan has been a member of the Artists’ Union of Armenia since 2000. He actively takes part in nearly all exhibitions organized by the Artists’ Union of Armenia. He prepared several personal exhibitions in Argentina, Prague and Paris, which were very successful.

Prof. Asatryan is a member of the department of Theater, Movies, and Television and proved to be an active creator. He designed the sets for several plays in G. Sundukian National Academic Theater. He worked in the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater of Armenia as an artist-designer.

Prof. Asatryan is an established artist gifted by versatile talents, and he has a bright future ahead of him. The Academy of Music and Fine Arts is truly fortunate to have such an accomplished individual as the head of its Art Department.
