Svetlana Petrosyan

Mrs. Petrosyan ended her undergraduate studies in 1980, graduating with a Gold Medal and moving on to Armenian University in Yerevan. Her passion was communication. Right after graduation, Mrs. Petrosyan started teaching in the same school that she herself graduated from years before- School #139. Mrs. Petrosyan was very active in printing, newscasting and broadcasting, while finding time to write articles and poetry for different publications. She moved to Los Angeles in 2002, and immediately started working in different schools and publications. Mrs. Petrosyan is an integral part of the Academy of Music and Fine Arts as our Head of the Armenian Department.
